Student Life
Students enrolled in the Accounting program carry a full course load each quarter (12 credit hours is full-time). During their education at Zane State College many students hold part-time jobs in there are of study and complete a summer internship following there freshmen year. (Students are responsible for finding their own employment)

Many Accounting students participate in Business Professionals of America and compete in state and national competitions testing their accounting skills.

Business Professionals of America
Business Professionals of America is a student organization operating on the local, state, and national level. The goal of the organization is to prepare students for careers in business occupations through professional development, a competitive spirit, and networking with other business students and employers.

Students at Zane State may also participate in:
