Formalizing the ATS Degree
Students must apply for admission and follow these steps to formalize the degree:

Meet with an advisor during the first 21 hours of Zane State enrollment.
Prepare application for admission
(including a 1-3 paragraph goal statement and records of previous study to be considered).
The Advisor and student:
The Dean
Dean submits degree requirements to the Vice President for Academic & Student Services for final approval.
Student receives final curriculum requirements.

The Advisor and student: Prepare curriculum recommendations List possible ad hoc advisory members Submit information to the appropriate Dean The Dean Grants preliminary approval Awards transfer credit Awards work experience Awards prior training credit Collects ad hoc advisory comments Dean submits degree requirements to the Vice President for Academic & Student Services for final approval. Student receives final curriculum requirements.
