HSV 105 – Group Dynamics
Information, theory, and experiential activities related to work teams, parliamentary procedure, and facilitating purposeful groups.
- Students are divided into groups that function as work teams to provide community service.
- Each team chooses a name and logo as well as performing a skit or song to present their project.
HSV 230, 231, 232 – Practicum
Provides an opportunity for students to experience on-the-job education.
- Actual opportunity to work in a Social Service Agency with other professionals under supervision to make the connection between classroom knowledge and real client experience.
