| Welding The Welding Technology Certificate Program requires 4 quarters of full time enrollment and students may begin at the start of any quarter. If a student decides at some point to continue their education, certificate courses may be applied to an ATS degree with a welding major. All welding modules are taught at the Willett-Pratt Training Center in Cambridge. State certification is offered on-site at the end of the Basic SWAW series. Welding modules are offered as self-paced units, students may attend lab Monday-Thursday from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm, and 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm as their schedule permits. Other welding modules are also offered for the student that desires advanced skills. Internships in the welding field may also be arranged with local employers according to availability. |
