Basic Occupational Skill Program - Tool Design
The person completing the tool design certificate will be able
to develop a CAD database, perform required mathematic calculations, and
select cutters and materials for the production of manufacturing tooling.
The student will design tooling using the design fundamentals required
for cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, dies, and molds.
