Students who have a tuition balance due will receive reminder notices via their Zane State College email account. If a student registers late or makes a change in their schedule, to cause a difference in their bill or financial aid award, it is the student's responsibility to contact the Financial Aid Office to have their aid adjusted. Students can print a revised bill via their Z-Online account.

**NOTE: Financial Aid may take up to 48 hours to reflect on Tuition Statements.

Tuition is due by the posted deadline each quarter. Additional tuition information - Winter Quarter 2008 Hours

Student fees that are not paid in full by the deadline or do not have an approved credit voucher in place, to cover fees, will be dropped from all classes due to non-payment of fees.

If you are waiting on financial aid to come in, it's best to secure your spot in classes by obtaining an approved credit voucher.

What do I do if I am dropped from my classes due to non-payment?

  • See the Admissions Office to be re-instated into your classes
        - Some classes may become unavailable once a student has been dropped
  • Proceed to the Business Office to have your account re-posted
  • After the account is posted, payment in full is immediately required for any tuition & fee balance left on the account or an approved credit voucher must be in place to cover any remaining fees.

If registering for classes after the payment deadline, all tuition & fees owed must be paid in full at the time of registering, or have an approved credit voucher in place to cover any remaining fees.

All students registered for classes are legally obligated to pay tuition and fees.

If the student decides not to attend college after registering, they must contact the Student Success Center to formally withdraw. Failing to formally withdraw could result in owing money to the college.
