Student Refunds
Refunds are made based on the date of official withdrawal when the necessary paperwork is filed with the Student Success Center. Refunds for federal Financial Aid recipients in attendance at the college are computed according to refund guidelines provided by the U.S. Department of Education. Unearned Aid for all Financial Aid recipients are returned to aid mandated by federal regulation. Examples of federal refund calculations are available in the Financial Aid Office.

DEAL surcharge fees are not refunded after Week 1
Refunds are disbursed weekly after the fourth week of the quarter . All checks are mailed to the address on file and may not be picked-up.
Please make sure your Z-Online account information is correct to avoid any delays in receiving your check in a timely manner. Address changes need to be made, in person, at the Admissions Office.
What if I do not receive my check?
Please be advised that we cannot re-issue checks for 10 business days after the check was processed. This allows time for the check to return to us from the post office.

- Check with your neighbors to see if they have received any of your mail.

- Contact the Business Office
If the check is returned to us, we will call the phone number on file and let you know it has come back.
