Faculty - An employee maybe permitted to move on the faculty salary schedule if the individual completed one year (45 quarter hours) of graduate or
undergraduate study which has not been applied to an academic degree or previous placement in the salary schedule provided it is closely associated
with the area of responsibility or field taught.

Exception to this salary schedule shall not exceed 5% of the total number of full-time employees of the College.
Faculty earning a vertical promotion will receive an increase in accordance with the Faculty Rank and Promotion
Guidelines.
