Position Description Addendum for

Chemistry Faculty

Minimum Qualifications

An earned master’s degree in chemistry or a master’s degree in a related science with a minimum of 27 quarter or 18 graduate semester hours in chemistry from an accredited institution.  The successful candidate will be available to teach evenings and/or weekend courses as assigned.

Position Requirements

Two years of teaching experience, preferably in a two-year college setting, is desirable. Experience with curriculum development, using instructional technology, and distance learning is preferred.
