It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Zane State College family.  As a new Zane State College employee, you are now a part of the learning community that embraces quality, access, and image and has much to offer our students, faculty, and staff. 

Each of you represents this institution every day.  Whether you maintain our information systems infrastructure, teach, or advise students on career and life decisions, you are without question a partner in advancing Zane State College’s vision to empower people, enrich lives, and advance the region.

Providing the foundation for our vision are our four institutional core values: personal touch, learner centered, collaboration, innovation.  By modeling these values, we have created a learner-centered environment in which we collaborate with all members of our community, on and off campus, utilizing the personal touch while fostering innovative entrepreneurial thinking.
