Reactivation

Persons who have previously taken courses at the College but have been not attended for one or more quarters, excluding summer, and who are in good standing may return to classes by completing and submitting a Reactivation Form.

Steps to Reactivation:

  1. Download or Request a Reactivation Form from the Admissions Office.
     
  2. Submit your completed Reactivation Form to the Admissions Office, prior to registration for classes.
     
  3. Meet with an Academic Advisor to develop your course schedule.
     
  4. Register for classes.
