Testing Services

There has been a change in testing procedures for Zane State students. Please note that all make-up and DEAL testing services are now being provided through The Learning Center which is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. You may arrange to take a test in the evening, Monday -Thursday, 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Academic Computer Lab. To do so, you must make an appointment by calling EXT 1323, 24 hours in advance. No one will be available to proctor your test if you have not made an advance appointment.

There have been no changes for students at Willett-Pratt Training Center in Cambridge.

Make-up Tests and Exams

• when arrangements have been made with an instructor

DEAL Courses (Distance Education Alternative Learning)

• according to the instructor’s policies in the study guide

Credit by Exam - upon completion of the following steps

1. picked up printed information in The Learning Center
2. completed Credit by Exam Form
3. scheduled an appointment
4. paid $15 fee at the Business Office
5. brought Credit by Exam Form and exam preparation materials to the appointment
