Wellness Activities
Fit, Fabulous and Forty!!! In honor of the College's 40th anniversary year....In an effort to be more Fit, Fabulous and Forty, we have three employees who are 40 this year who have volunteered to participate in a challenge to become 5 years fitter by the end of the academic year! Michaele Drunkenbrodt, Todd Slater and Lori Wahl will take the chronological/fitness age test in the SFM lab in the near future. Their current fitness age will be established and they will work toward losing five years off of their fitness age by the end of the year through healthy eating, increasing their fitness activity, reducing stress etc. You will be able to track their progress by visiting the wellness site for updates. Michaele, Todd and Lori would like to challenge all employees to participate in the chronological/fitness age test by signing up at the SFM lab.
