Current and former Zane State College students can order official transcripts through the enhanced services provided by Parchment. This service is available 24/7.
Transcripts will not be released if there is a financial obligation or account hold with Zane State College. You will be notified immediately if there is a hold on your account that must be addressed before the request may be fulfilled.
If you are requesting a transcript to be sent to another institution, you should have an electronic transcript sent directly to that college or university.
Academic transcripts are considered official and an “unofficial transcript” cannot be ordered. Current students can review their “unofficial transcript” by logging into My ZSC (select the Academics tab then click on “Transcript Request” on the left sidebar, then “View Unofficial Transcript”).
Please note that Zane State College does not accept transcript requests made in person.

Due to an extensive database upgrade, Parchment is currently not able to fully process transcripts on our behalf at this time. However, please make your transcript request. Once you submit your request through the Parchment portal, your order will be processed through the Registrar’s Office. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Zane State College has appointed Parchment as its designated agent for processing and sending official transcripts and is authorized to respond to any inquiries regarding these transactions.
