College Credit Plus – Ordering Books
The Campus Bookstore will be offering curbside pickup at the Zanesville Campus for summer semester beginning May 4, 2020. CCPC students can pre-order by emailing bookstore@zanestate.edu using their Zane State College email, and request curbside pickup.
Please attach a picture of the schedule. The Bookstore will pull the available items and process the sale in-store. An email confirmation will be sent to the student when the order is ready for pickup or they can request a phone call.
All orders are filled, and can be picked up, during store hours 8 a.m. and before 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday beginning May 4, 2020. Signs will direct the student to the small parking lot beside Elson Hall for pickup. Students will enter at the first left past Elson and use the loop to pull up to the sidewalk leading to the bookstore. A dedicated phone number will be posted on a sign at the pickup area. The student will identify themselves plus type of vehicle and their package will be delivered to their car. CCPC students will need to sign for the material, and a photo id is required. Bookstore workers will wear gloves/masks and pens will be sanitized. All students should check the website to ensure we have what they need. We will accept CCPC returns curbside when picking up summer material.
College Credit Plus – Returning Books
Students may return rentals, return CCPC materials, pick up orders, purchase other items as early as May 4, 2020, using curbside. The deadline for return has been extended to May 14th. The Campus Bookstore will notify students when the storefront will be open. They will be set up for social distancing and the counters/cc machines/scanner will be sanitized before and after each customer. Maximum customers in store will be 11. Others will be asked to wait in the hallway. We are asking that background check paperwork be completed in advance and to call 740.588.1333 or email bookstore@zanestate.edu to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins may have to wait outside until the background check equipment is available. If we cannot open for full service we will accept rental returns and CCPC returns during normal business hours May 4 – May 14, 2020.
