Education

Potential. You see it in everyone. As a future teacher, you are ready to take on the challenges that come with the rewards while doing your part to help to make the world a brighter and better place for future generations. Upon earning your diploma, you can transfer to Muskingum University, where 100 percent of your credits count towards a bachelor’s degree. Outside of having summers off and sleeping in on snow days, an Education degree from Zane State provides countless benefits. Learn more by contacting us today!

Connect the circuits in your life when your knowledge progresses from the basics of DC and AC circuit analysis, electronic devices, and digital signal processing through advanced coursework in electronic amplifiers, industrial instrumentation, microprocessor interfacing, PLC wiring, and programming, motors, and controls, designing and installing networked computer systems, and telecommunications.

The rapid growth of the electronic, telecommunication, and computer industries worldwide has led to a demand for electronics technicians far exceeding supply. As a result, wages and benefits for electronics technicians rank among the top for two-year graduates, often exceeding those of four-year graduates in other disciplines. Graduates work for such well-known companies as Intel, American Electric Power, Canon, IBM, Boeing, Tallgrass Energy, A-K Steel, EASi, Guernsey-Muskingum Electric Cooperative, Basic Systems, Columbia Gas, Verizon, AT&T, and Xerox.

Everything that the light touches… is powered by a student like you with an Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology Degree.
