IMPORTANT COMMENCEMENT INFORMATION:

  • All tickets have been handed out to all graduates who indicated they are attending Commencement.

  • If previously requested by the graduate: wait list/extra tickets can be picked up at The Campus Bookstore on Monday, May 7, 2018. All tickets must be picked up by Wednesday, May 9, 2018 by 5 p.m. As of now, all extra tickets are claimed.

  • REMEMBER: Graduates are required to present a ticket to be admitted and participate in the Commencement ceremony.

  • Graduates should arrive at 5:30 p.m., and proceed directly to the lower level of Secrest Auditorium. Zane State College commencement is Thursday, May 10, 2018, at Secrest Auditorium, 334 Shinnick St, Zanesville, OH 43701.

  • Guest seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and will begin at 5:30 p.m. (tickets are required for admittance).

  • The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m.

    Graduation Regalia
    All participants must wear a black cap and gown. Your tassel color will reflect your program. Caps, gowns, and tassels are available for $27.70 plus tax, and gold honor cords (for those who are eligible) are $11 plus tax. Items can be purchased at The Campus Bookstore in The Campus Center.     Your Last College Fees 
    All students petitioning for a degree or one-year certificate, even those who are not participating in commencement, are charged a fee of $60. Diplomas and transcripts will be held until all debts with the College are cleared. This includes library fines, too. Click here if you have questions.

    Receiving Your Diploma
    Diplomas will be mailed to the address the College has on file six to eight weeks after Commencement.  Click here if you have questions.
