Offered fully online, the program combines healthcare knowledge with practical technical and business skills, making it a flexible option for students preparing to enter the profession or advance their careers. The associate degree program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM). Graduates are eligible to take the Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certification examination offered by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).
