In every initiative, we remain true to our mission: Empowering people through education. As technology evolves and workforce needs shift, I knew our vision for the future couldn’t come from me alone. Instead, I shared our goals with the campus and asked everyone—faculty, staff, and students—to help craft a vision we could all believe in. After five years of collaboration, we created our new vision statement: A Promising Future for Every One.
This is a living vision that can adapt to reflect the needs of our community and region. The word promising was chosen by our employees—and every one was written deliberately, to honor each person we serve, teach, and work alongside. Every student. Every employee. Every community member. Every one.
