A free QuickStart to College class is available for people interested in trying college. QuickStart to
College is designed to help students begin college with ease and confidence. Students will receive
guidance throughout the enrollment process, as well as complete admissions and financial aid
applications, explore career options, and refresh basic skills such as math, English, and computer skills.
Students who complete the course will receive two college credits for free.
QuickStart to College is open to anyone who has graduated high school or passed the GED and is
interested in starting college. The class begins at both the Zanesville and Cambridge campuses of Zane
State College on Tuesday, October 13, and will continue on Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1
p.m. on the Zanesville campus and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Cambridge campus. The class is eight weeks
