As the manufacturing industry rapidly evolves, current and up-to-date skills are essential for a successful career. Zane State College has resources and tools ready for you–from computer software and technology to hydraulics and pneumatics. Students will gain knowledge of machine repair and maintenance, raw materials, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. In addition, students will gain the skills and techniques of blueprint design, precision technical planning, and models.
Upon completion, students will earn a Zane State College certificate and will be eligible to test for Certified Production Technician (CPT) and Certified Production Technician Plus (CPT+) industry certifications.
Classes are scheduled for only two days per week, which allows students to work on their days off!
